Our secret tare sauce handed down from the original shop in Omihachiman,
the delicious aroma that comes crackling out of a direct charcoal grilling, and the unbearably light and fluffy texture
come together for our pride and joy hitsumabushi (eel over rice).We use specially selected Oumimai rice. We offer a wonderful dining experience infused with the heartfelt desire of our staff to spread the true flavor of eel to as many people as possible.
