We deliver the blessings of the Sea of Japan with fresh seafood delivered daily from fishing harbors around Kanazawa and Noto.TOf course we’ve got the usual trappings like tuna and salmon, but we’ve also got some rare options like white shrimp and rosy seabass found in the Sea of Japan.We insist on Hokuriku-produced rice, vinegar, soy sauce, and miso, and also have a variety of local-brewed Hokuriku sakes to enhance our great sushi even more.
